2. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or do not match the description:

  1. Personal Care Products: Opened perfumes, cosmetics, or any products that have been used.
  2. Final Sale Items: Products purchased as part of a final clearance sale.
  3. Note: Sirene does not sell digital or downloadable products; therefore, this clause is not applicable to our business.

3. Refund Process

  1. Refund Method:
    • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
  2. Refund Timeline:
    • Refunds may take between 7 to 14 business days depending on the payment method and banking processes.
  3. Deductions:
    • Shipping fees or service charges may not be refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. How to Request a Return

  1. Submit a Return Request via the Orders page on our website or by:

If the product is defective or does not match the description provided at the time of purchase, customers are entitled to:

    • If the cancellation occurs before the item is shipped, a full refund will be issued.

7. Customer Rights Under Saudi E-Commerce Law

  • Customers have the right to return products within 7 days if they are unused and unopened, except for items excluded by law.
  • Customers are entitled to a full refund if an order is canceled before the product is shipped.
